Reflection

In analysis and inquiry I graded myself in “proficient/collage ready” because I had almost all the things in that box. I analyzed my ideas and explained the arguments in the story I tried my best to make everything clear. I explained the conflict we had in the story. And I made my characters in the story sound clear for what they said.

In structure and organization I graded myself as developing, because I didn’t give that much persuasive strategy to support the position. I didn’t give much support to some of my ideas. My writing is organized but I need more feedback so the reader would understand better. Also I would need more feedback so that the reader could have a great image on what was happening in the story.

In command of language I graded myself as “developing”, because I did had some distracting errors in my grammar. I did explain in some parts it did sound inaccurate. I do need some work in my grammar some parts didn’t sound that clear and need it to explain a bit more. I need it more details on some parts of the memoir. I didn’t really check the grammar in the computer because at the end I found some errors in my writing.

My Goals

My 3 goals

The goals I have for next year are to be a better student, get all A's and to learn how to write better. To accomplish this I'm going to work harder, ask for help and try to be ready for everything.
For my first goal (be a better student) I have to pay more attention in class and not be distracted by other students. I would need to complete all my work in time.
For my second goal (get all A's) I would need to do my work correctly and not copy from other students. Turn in all my homework in time and correctly done.I would go over everything that the teacher showed us in class and ask for help if I dont understand.
For my third goal (work harder) I'm going to ask teachers for help in everything I don't understand so I can get a clear explanation that I can understand. I'm not going to give up on the work I'm doing, I'm going to do it even if it takes me a long time.
